I would like to share one of my Master Bedroom Approx 200sqft as per Paying Guest basics. It’s a newly purchased flat Located in Iyapanthangal Chennai. This is not a hostel, It’s a Home. I am looking only a female with day time working or studying. Self cooking allowed. Room have two windows, one queen size cot without bed, one western Toilet, One shelf. We will arrange Gas cylinder as market price. Also Milk, Newspaper and Water Can we will arrange for you if you want.
Important conditions :
Parents only allowed to visit, If you wants to stay outside in night time anywhere must need Parents approval, Before 10 PM you must reach home.
Flat facilities – 24*7 Water /CCTV /WIFI / POWER BACKUP / SELF COOKING allowed
Paying guest for only one person
No EB, Maintenance and Parking charge
We just looking a gentle person as a family member
